Reformer/Tower
 

Reformer training is a form of training that utilizes a specialized machine called a Reformer.

The Reformer is a versatile piece of equipment that includes a carriage and springs for adjustable resistance. It comes equipped with straps, pulleys, and a foot bar.  Additionally, you can incorporate a box and a jump board, allowing for a wide range of exercises.   Tower training is a unique and effective form of Pilates. The equipment combines a reformer with a vertical frame featuring springs and bars allowing for greater versatility in exercises.

 

 Reformer/Tower training enhances strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment, making it suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners. By focusing on controlled movements, it improves core stability, posture, and range of motion while promoting body awareness and mindfulness.

 

It's especially beneficial for various groups, including those with toning goals, seniors, and prenatal or postnatal individuals, as it offers low-impact exercises that stabilize the core. Additionally, reformer/tower training can help alleviate discomfort for those in pain by improving muscle balance and enhancing overall physical wellbeing.
