Whether you would like to experience Classical Pilates firsthand in one of our intimate studio sessions or prefer a private consultation before getting started, we invite you to choose the complimentary introduction that best suits you.

 

Complimentary Introduction to Pilates Class (55 minutes)

Experience Classical Pilates in our boutique studio in an intimate group of no more than six participants. Guided by a classically trained instructor, you’ll be introduced to the Mat, Reformer and Tower, gain an understanding of the principles behind the Classical Pilates method, and experience the personalised approach that defines Realign Pilates.

Complimentary Consultation (30 minutes)

Meet privately with our instructor to discuss your goals, movement history and any injuries or concerns. You’ll be introduced to our studio, learn about our approach to Classical Pilates, and receive personalised recommendations on the most suitable way to begin your Pilates journey.
