A carefully guided introduction designed to help you understand the essential principles of Pilates, improve body awareness, and become familiar with the studio environment and apparatus.
Led by a classically trained instructor, this session builds confidence, refines movement technique, and provides a strong foundation for progressing into Reformer or mixed Pilates classes.
Suitable for beginners and those new to the studio.
