Intro Mat / Reformer / Tower Course
Our Intro Mat / Reformer / Tower Foundation Course is the perfect way to start your Pilates journey in a small-group setting. This structured program progressively builds strength, awareness, and technique, focusing on deep core activation, pelvic floor connection, and essential Pilates principles.
You’ll become familiar with the Reformer Tower, Mat, and supportive props, learning to use the equipment safely and effectively while receiving close guidance from a classically trained instructor. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident in your understanding of Pilates fundamentals and cues, comfortable on the equipment, and fully prepared to transition smoothly into our small group classes.
