Pilates Chair Classes
The Pilates Chair is a versatile piece of equipment designed to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility. While many exercises can be adapted for all levels, having a foundational understanding of basic Pilates principles will help you get the most out of your Chair sessions.
We recommend attending Reformer Tower and Pilates Mix classes prior to joining a Chair class, although some basic Chair exercises may be incorporated into other classes. The Chair is particularly effective for connecting with the pelvic floor, making it a great option for postpartum clients and seniors seeking to improve balance and strength.
With a maximum of six participants per class, you’ll receive personalised guidance in a supportive environment. Small pieces of equipment may also be used to add resistance, support, or challenge.
