ReAlign Pilates Policies

§1 Class Pass, Private Pass, Duet Pass, Trio Pass and Course Pass Policy:

Our Class Passes, Private / Duet / Trio Passes and Course Passes are designed for individual use only and cannot be shared with others. Each pass is registered to a specific person and is non-transferable and non-refundable.  In case of doubt, ReAlign Pilates may request to see identification.

Class Passes have both an activation date and an expiration date which are detailed on the individual passes.  Please note that Class Passes cannot be extended.

§2 Registration of attendance

Attendance must be confirmed no later than 5 minutes before the start of the class. Please remember to pre-register for classes so the instructor can record your attendance. If you arrive late, we unfortunately cannot check you in, and you will incur a fee for non-attendance. To avoid this, please ensure you are in the room before the class begins.

§3 Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation for a ReAlign Pilates class, it must be done via the booking system no later than 12 hours before the class starts.  Failure to do so will result in a class pass fee being charged.

Cancellations for private one-to-one, duet, trio and group sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the session commences. Late cancellations, regardless of the reason, will be charged in full.

§4 Sock Policy

For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required in all Pilates classes. If you don’t have a pair, you may participate barefoot for your first session.

§5 Valuables

You are welcome to use the lockers provided for valuables, as ReAlign Pilates is not liable for any loss due to theft or property damage.

Although Pilates is suitable for all ages and most health conditions, it is important that you inform us of any relevant health concerns so we can accommodate you in our teaching. All training is undertaken at your own risk. As a member of Realign Pilates, you are responsible for ensuring that you are in a suitable state of health to participate.
