Senior +60 Course
Welcome to our Senior +60 Course. Experience tailored Pilates designed specifically for seniors in small groups of up to 6 people. Our sessions can include the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and mat, ensuring that each exercise meets your individual needs. With an instructor providing guided support at your own pace, you can enjoy a comfortable yet challenging fitness journey.
Incorporating Pilates into your routine can be an excellent way to slow down the aging process. As we age, our bodies experience changes such as decreased muscle mass, joint stiffness and flexibility, which can result in arthritis, chronic pain and an increased risk of injury. Fortunately, pilates is a low-impact exercise, which enhances strength, flexibility and mobility while promoting better posture and balance.

As a natural part of aging, the pelvic floor muscles can be weakened resulting in incontinence. Pilates strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, which play a critical role in bladder control.
