If you’re new or haven’t had detailed instruction from a fully certified Pilates teacher, we recommend starting with one of the following:

Introduction To Pilates - Foundation

Intro 1:1 Private Beginner
​Begin your Pilates journey with three private sessions. Learn the fundamental principles, connect to your deep core, and explore the reformer, tower, and mat. These tailored sessions build strength, confidence, and precision—preparing you to transition smoothly into group classes with a solid foundation.

Intro Mat/Reformer/Tower Foundation Course
Our intensive foundation courses are the perfect starting point for your Pilates journey. With a focus on deep core activation, pelvic floor connection, and the essential principles of Pilates, you’ll build strength, precision, and confidence while becoming familiar with the mat, reformer, tower and various props, ready to transition to our group classes.

Intro Mat/Reformer/Tower Foundation Class
If an Intensive course doesn’t fit your schedule, this flexible drop-in class is your perfect starting point. Learn the core principles of Pilates while working with the Reformer, Tower, Mat, and Small Props—building the skills and confidence to move into our Basic Reformer Tower or Basic Mat Tower classes.
