Pilates for Pregnancy Course
Welcome to our pilates for pregnancy class, designed specifically to support you through the incredible changes of pregnancy.
Our Prenatal classes offer numerous advantages for expectant mothers, particularly in strengthening the pelvic floor before birth. By focusing on these muscles, you will enhance your body’s resilience, reduce the risk of injury during vaginal delivery, and promote a quicker recovery postpartum.
There will be an emphasis on strengthening areas under strain during pregnancy and afterbirth, while also focusing on breathing and mindfulness techniques to prepare you for childbirth. With our small group setting of just six participants you'll receive personalised assistance and feedback tailored to your unique needs.
Experience the ultimate prenatal training sessions combining Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat- a comprehensive workout. This unique blend will ensure you maximise your potential and set a solid foundation for regaining your body after giving birth.
